Following strong organic growth and ambitious development plans we are on the look out for a Client Relationship Director to join our Private Equity and Venture Capital business unit.
As a Client Relationship Director you will be in charge of an institutional portfolio of private equity and venture capital funds mainly. You will be working closely with Client Services Manager and Head of Operation to ensure overall delivery maintains high standard of quality. You will maintain and expand existing client portfolio in size and quality by driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives, foster an active client listening program to enhance customer experience, promote a culture of feedback and anticipate client needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are in compliance with local regulatory framework and with Head of Finance to assess profitability of the business.
You will report into the Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital and work collaboratively within the team to develop and drive key growth strategies and action plans for the Private Equity and Venture Capital segment in Luxembourg. This includes engaging with local Head of Business Development, local Head of Segment, Group Chief Commercial Officer and the Group Head of Funds as well as local commercial teams and nourish beneficial partnerships with the local ecosystem to capture any valuable opportunity to further strengthen IQEQ position in the market. You will pro-actively attend cross-border commercial pitches, act as an ambassador of IQEQ in the market and lead new initiatives if need be.
As part of your background, you have a proven track record in client relationship management, a robust knowledge of the regulatory framework and operations and strong business acumen.
