You will administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Manager and more junior members within the team.
You will ensure the delivery of an excellent client service in accordance with the IQ-EQ standards and expectations, and actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence.
You will act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the IQ-EQ culture and ensure engagement of all team members to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
Be aware of, and bring to the attention of management, identification of any commercial or reputational risks to the business, in a timely and effective manner.
You will assist the Manager and Director with any private wealth related projects.
Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll also need to be a team player at heart and actively support the wider team with the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
