Job description

NB - This role is based in Luxembourg, relocation package provided.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be checking our Investment portfolios, analyse the financial framework of investment proposals, monitor the development of portfolio investments and escalate your findings to the Conducting Officer. 

Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need ensure our due diligence complies and that you action all our World Checks on Investments.

You will be expected to liaise with Prospective investors and their eligibility, and granting accesses to the data room. You will also be preparing and attending calls and meetings with these prospective investors (prepare agendas, draft minutes). You will escalate your findings and prepare a bi-weekly report to the Conducting Officer. You will conduct World Checks on Prospective Investors. You will perform initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring on marketing intermediaries. You will support any IT and BCP matters and internal audit requests.

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor in Law or an equivalent degree
  • Relevant working experience in a similar position in an AIFM 
  • Profound knowledge in Know your Customer (KYC)
  • Experience of investor review and working with different investor stakeholders
  • Exposure of working with third party delegates and service providers
  • Fluent in English; Knowledge in French.
