Job Description
- To be manager-in-charge of designated Private Equity (PE) clients and supervise team members to address all clients’ and investors’ requests accurately and timely
- To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, investors and other fund participants;
- To review team members’ work and provide necessary guidance to them especially on complicated tasks
- To provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their technical knowledge and soft skills
- To coordinate with offshore supporting teams and ensure adequate resources are properly allocated and utilized
- To maintain professional skepticism on all risky areas and escalate to senior management timely
- To identify improvement areas in workflows in order to enhance work efficiency
- To assist senior management in handling internal administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent
- At least 7 years of fund accounting experience in PE industries
- Experience in managing client relationship and deliverables
- Experience in managing people within the organization
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines, working under pressure and lead by example
