Job description

You will need to be switched-on, organised and have an eye for detail to administer your portfolio of fund structures.

You'll play a vital role in our Fund Administration team, your key objective is to add value to our client service delivery and continually look for ways to help our team get better at what they do, in the most efficient way possible.

Every day is a new challenge in this busy team, you’ll join forces with the Administration and Accounting functions providing administration services across our private equity and fund structures.

Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow and with your passion to make a difference will all be key to build strong relationships and connect with our clients. You’ll need an eye for detail as you’ll also need to support and mentor members of your team with the more technical and complex fund administration queries.

Another string to your bow will be to actively participate at board meetings on the more complex technical matters; drawing on your technical understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and sharing industry best practices.

  • The right to live and work in Jersey
  • Knowledge of the Jersey Finance Industry
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within a Fund Administration environment
  • Preferably ICSA qualified or working towards ICSA or other relevant qualification
  • Private Equity experience
