The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, Continental Europe, will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) and will be responsible for development and delivery of the talent acquisition strategy to support rapid and significant growth across Continental Europe within a Private Equity backed matrix environment. As a leader, you will be responsible for empowering your team to translate the needs of the business and delivering business outcomes in line with IQ-EQ’s growth trajectory and strategy.
Working with the support of a strong team of TA professionals you will play a critical role in delivering against current and future hiring plans for IQ-EQ across Continental Europe. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will support the implementation of global process improvements to optimize the use of existing and new processes, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure the function is delivering exceptional business impact and high stakeholder value. You will also partner closely with stakeholders across all areas of Human Resources to showcase a seamless, united HR approach to the business. While leading a regional TA team you will also contribute to hiring top talent by supporting the identification of talent for critical, highly visible roles.
As a Regional TA Lead, you will be responsible for the execution of our end-to-end hiring processes whilst building a strong employment brand with a focus on great candidate experience and ensuring great relationships at the workplace. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our Global Talent Acquisition strategy but also lead on planning, developing and implementing a TA framework for Continental Europe.
You will lead strategic planning, employer brand and campaign planning, through the entire lifecycle of attraction, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring an engaging experience for all involved.
