Job description
The JML Coordinator is responsible for administering access within various IQEQ applications and systems.
The objective of the role is to take ownership of the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process in managing roles and access privileges within compliance with the set information security policies and standards and to represent the Global IQEQ Tech Hub (Service Desk) in liaising different task to different IT groups within the company.

What to expect day to day
- Handles Joiners, Movers, and Leaver's request
- Demonstrate an understanding of the security layer managed through access administration in the different systems
- Learn the process modules on administering access in multiple supported systems
- Complete access-related customer requests within operational thresholds on timeliness and accuracy
- Provide stand-by support on system access-related issues during the onboarding activity
- Handle customer interactions in a manner adhering to customer service guidelines
- Have good team working skills and the ability to work in fast-paced and high-volume operations
- Network with professionals around the globe as we collaborate across functions and geography
- Manage multiple tasks with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Identify potential opportunities and concerns to raise to the manager's attention.
- Raise ideas to improve security controls, customer experience, and/or process efficiency
- Analyze and interpret request volumes to make a sound judgement on day-to-day output and improve the process
