On 29 March 2024, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued Circular <\/strong>24\/856<\/strong><\/a>, which repeals Circular <\/strong>02\/77<\/strong><\/a> and introduces updated guidelines for the investment fund industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Circular 24\/856 broadens the types of entities and errors covered.
