On the 26 March 2024, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a press release alongside finalised guidance (<\/strong>FG24\u20131<\/strong><\/a>) on ensuring financial promotions on social media are compliant. This replaces the previous statement<\/a> released by the regulator in 2015 (<\/strong>FG15-04<\/strong><\/a>) following a consultation in 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n
