The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority\u2019s (FINRA) 2024 <\/strong>Annual Regulatory Oversight Report<\/strong><\/a>, formerly known as the Report on FINRA\u2019s Examination and Risk Monitoring Program, was released on January 9, 2024. The report covers a broad range of topics intended to convey risks, considerations, findings and resources across the entirety of FINRA\u2019s membership. It also introduces four new topic areas for consideration: crypto assets developments; over the counter (OTC) quotations in fixed income securities; advertised volume; and the Market Access Rule. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This summary provides a more concise guide for our broker-dealer clients. However, it\u2019s not a substitute for the full report.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
