She has spent 20 years in various leadership roles in both in the buy and sell side in the U.S., China and Hong Kong. Clare was previously Business Development Director for Funds in Asia at IQ-EQ, where she was responsible for maximising the organic growth of the Group\u2019s alternative funds business. Her deep knowledge of the local market combined with her strategic vision makes her the ideal candidate for this position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As Managing Director, Clare will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company&#8217;s operations in Greater China, including business development, client management, and financial performance.
