This combination aims to create a new European consulting champion with a global reach, targeting revenue of \u20ac1 billion by 2025.<\/h3>\n<p>IQ-EQ acted as a <em>fiduciaire<\/em>, setting up a <em>fiducie<\/em> to provide counter-guarantee regarding the asset and liability guarantee (ALG) which had been subscribed by Q_PERIOR&#8217;s shareholders, in order to secure the transaction, valued at \u20ac330 million in enterprise value. This fiducie enables Wavestone&#8217;s compensation if certain future events were to trigger a payment obligation under the ALG provisions.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>fiducie<\/em> once again proved its effectiveness in securing corporate and M&amp;A transactions. It also reaffirms its relevance across a wide range of market uses, whether for security <em>fiducies<\/em>, management <em>fiducies<\/em>, or for M&amp;A purposes. With over 500 <em>fiducies<\/em> established in 15 years and a portfolio of more than 200 active <em>fiducies<\/em> representing 15 billion euros in assets under management, IQ-EQ has built up solid experience in this field.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on this deal El\u00e9onore Delplanque de Mandelot, Head of Fiducies at IQ-EQ said:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re delighted to have been chosen to act as a <em>fiduciaire<\/em> to secure this significant transaction which once again serves to highlight the increasing popularity of this innovative structuring tool.
