Tailored to the needs of real estate investors, our <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.foleon.com\/brochure\/iq-eq-cosmos\/\">IQ-EQ Cosmos<\/a> dashboards provide clients with a deep analysis of the breakdown and performance across their portfolio, supporting stronger investment decisions with actionable intelligence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As this client&#8217;s administrator, we produce quarterly accounts and track all cash flows within our core general ledger system. Our team maintains relationships with each property manager in the portfolio, working with them on a quarterly basis to receive individual property level data, including tenancy and lease information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This information is then reviewed, consolidated and visualised in IQ-EQ Cosmos, allowing the asset manager access to all investment information within one secure platform.
