{"id":1533,"date":"2026-04-19T23:58:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-19T23:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/nz\/?post_type=news_article&#038;p=1533"},"modified":"2026-04-19T19:13:51","modified_gmt":"2026-04-19T19:13:51","slug":"amal-rebrands-to-iq-eq-in-australia-and-new-zealand","status":"publish","type":"news_article","link":"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/nz\/news\/amal-rebrands-to-iq-eq-in-australia-and-new-zealand\/","title":{"rendered":"AMAL rebrands to IQ-EQ in Australia and New Zealand"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"text-block standard-spacing  \">    <div class=\"container fade-in\">\n        <h3>We&#8217;re delighted to announce the full rebrand of our AMAL business to IQ-EQ in Australia and New Zealand, completing this acquisition and brand transition within 12 months.<\/h3>\n<p>Following the <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/news\/iq-eq-enters-the-anz-market-with-amal-group-acquisition\/\">acquisition announcement<\/a> in April 2025 and the <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/news\/iq-eq-completes-the-acquisition-and-rebrand-of-amal-group-australia-and-new-zealands-only-integrated-provider-of-loan-servicing-corporate-trust-and-agency-services\/\">completion milestone<\/a> in October 2025 (when the business began operating as \u201cAMAL, part of IQ-EQ\u201d), the business will now operate solely under the IQ-EQ name across all client, colleague and market touchpoints.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IQ-EQ in Australia and New Zealand:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is\u00a0the leading integrated provider of loan servicing, corporate trust and agency services<\/li>\n<li>Comprises\u00a0over 120 dedicated team members,\u00a0serving as trusted partners in securitisation and structured finance<\/li>\n<li>Provides independent loan servicing and standby solutions across residential, consumer, commercial and private credit markets<\/li>\n<li>Has assets under administration of A$37 billion and more than 200 structures in the region<\/li>\n<li>Combines\u00a0global\u00a0expertise,\u00a0local experience\u00a0and\u00a0cutting-edge\u00a0proprietary and third-party technology\u00a0to\u00a0deliver market-leading, tech-enabled client solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Day-to-day service delivery in the region will continue to be led by <strong>Nick Procter<\/strong> (Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand) and <strong>Tony Grant<\/strong> (Managing Director, IQ-EQ Trustees, Australia and New Zealand), who are part of the IQ-EQ Asia-Pacific senior leadership team led by Regional CEO, <strong>Sridhar Nagarajan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud to move forward under the IQ-EQ banner,&#8221; said Nick Procter, &#8220;combining the same great service and people our clients know and trust with IQ\u2011EQ\u2019s global muscle.
