IQ-EQ is strengthening its name in the African funds market, having been shortlisted for fund administrator awards in both the Private Equity Africa Awards and Africa Global Funds (AGF) Service Providers Awards for 2019.
The Private Equity Africa Awards celebrate the very best of the African private equity (PE) industry, honouring both investors and service providers in this space, while the AGF Service Providers Awards seek to recognise the outstanding efforts and accomplishments of a broad range of firms servicing Africa’s funds industry.
Notably we are just one of three firms to be shortlisted for the ‘Fund administrator: private equity funds over $20bn’ category in the AGF Awards. Winners will be determined by an impressive panel of industry experts, including representatives from leading African investment managers and development finance institutions as well as the Southern African Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SAVCA).
Our two nominations reflect the notable expansion of our reach and service offering in Africa over the past year. We have increased our headcount in the region by over 25% and offer a full suite of fund services to the PE sector.
Winners will be revealed at the award ceremonies throughout October.
