Regulatory requirements, reporting\u00a0obligations\u00a0and operational complexity are rising in tandem.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cPerformance may attract investors, but sustainable growth and long-term investor confidence are built on robust governance structures, institutional operating models and scalable operational infrastructure,\u201d says Martin. \u201cAsset managers are increasingly looking for partners that can help them scale their platforms efficiently, freeing them to focus on their true core competency: asset management.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0precisely in this environment that we see significant growth potential for IQ-EQ in\u00a0Switzerland.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Martin brings to IQ-EQ more than 10 years\u2019 experience in alternative investments and private markets. Before joining us, he held roles at Partners Group,\u00a0StepStone\u00a0Group and, most recently, Solutions &amp; Funds,\u00a0where he worked\u00a0closely with institutional investors, asset managers and family offices\u00a0to support the development, structuring and implementation of fund and investment solutions\u00a0across private equity, private debt and real assets.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Based in Zurich, Martin will work closely with our Luxembourg team and focus on developing IQ-EQ\u2019s funds business\u00a0in the Swiss market\u00a0\u2013 helping\u00a0client\u00a0access our wider international\u00a0offering\u00a0of\u00a0fund structuring, governance, compliance, administration, investor reporting and\u00a0other\u00a0related services.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For Swiss asset managers, international connectivity is becoming increasingly important. Many are looking to access new investor groups, expand their distribution\u00a0channels\u00a0and offer their products across multiple\u00a0jurisdictions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Martin continues:\u00a0\u201cSwitzerland has an exceptionally dynamic private markets ecosystem and a\u00a0relatively high\u00a0concentration of specialised asset managers, institutional\u00a0investors\u00a0and family offices. At the same time,\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0seeing many market participants\u00a0seeking\u00a0\u2013\u00a0and needing\u00a0\u2013\u00a0to internationalise their products and further\u00a0institutionalise
