Last month saw the launch of The Private Wealth & Private Client Review, Edition 9. This in-depth publication forms part of The Law Reviews series and features business-focused insight and analysis covering key industry trends as well as each of the world’s most significant jurisdictions.

The content for each review is penned by carefully selected contributors who are experts in their field. Providing the chapter on the Isle of Man in the private wealth edition – for the third year running – is our very own Craig Brown, Managing Director of IQ-EQ’s Isle of Man office.

In his chapter, Craig begins with some background on the Isle of Man as a jurisdiction for private wealth and private client services, including insight into the island’s political system and legal framework. He then covers, in detail, a range of key topics including tax, succession planning, and wealth structuring and regulation.
