This article provides a focused analysis of the most relevant tax, wealth management and business policy highlights, along with specific implementation measures that clients should note.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"accordion standard-spacing\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion\">\n                                    <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n                        <div class=\"title\">\n                            <p>1. Tax incentives and concessions<\/p>\n                            <div class=\"toggle\"><\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"expanded\">\n                            <div class=\"inner\">\n                                <ul>\n<li><strong>Authority to introduce incentives<\/strong>: The Chief Executive and Financial Secretary are now empowered to introduce new tax concessions directly, provided they align with international standards.
