An infrastructure fund requires a longer term view on its investment horizons and requires a fund services provider who is aligned with its investment objectives.<\/p>\n

IQ-EQ provides fund services for open and close-ended fund structures. We understand the additional operational requirements required in monitoring unlisted infrastructure investments such as real asset portfolio risk monitoring, customised\/ad-hoc reporting, complex cash-flow management and forecasting. Equally we have experience with listed infrastructure funds and the regulatory reporting requirements required.<\/p>\n

Our experience is across energy, utilities, transport, technology and social infrastructure investments throughout the globe. We work with sovereign funds, pension funds, institutional and private investors to provide a full range of infrastructure investor services.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
