Our Guernsey team is proud to be supporting first-time fund manager Ormer Capital, providing full fund services for the launch and ongoing administration of Ormer\u2019s first open-ended Guernsey fund.<\/h3>\n

Investment management business Ormer Capital was founded in 2025 by Guernsey-based investors Luke Gallienne, Adam Cox and Andrew Willis. Harnessing nearly 20 years of investment experience across geographies, sectors and market cycles, Ormer is focused on equity investing into a concentrated portfolio of exceptional smaller businesses across developed markets.<\/p>\n

The fund, Ormer Capital Funds PCC Limited, was launched using the recently revised<\/a> Guernsey Private Investment Fund (PIF) regime. It is structured as an open-ended Qualifying PIF using the Guernsey protected cell fund structure, with Ormer Equity Partners as its first cell.<\/p>\n

IQ-EQ provided full fund administration support throughout the establishment and initial closing of Ormer Equity Partners. The engagement was led by Elaine Smeja, Director, Funds, with support from Aimee Gontier, Senior Manager, and Jason Baker, Assistant Manager, whose expertise and commitment helped deliver a smooth and successful launch process.<\/p>\n

The fund’s legal advisers were Collas Crill, who provided legal counsel throughout the structuring, launch and closing of the fund.<\/p>\n
