Our middle office services<\/h3>\n

The modern role of middle office operations (MO Ops) is no longer to just mitigate and control business risk, managers are now looking to their MO Ops team to help generate value for the firm.<\/p>\n

For new fund launches, our team of largely former in-house MO Ops professionals work on a one-on-one basis with clients to design their trading architecture – with specific requirements tailored to the strategy being traded, frequency of trading, investor base they’ll be marketing to and AUM they are targeting to raise.<\/p>\n

For existing managers, our team will work to understand their existing trading architecture, assume responsibility for current processes and make recommendations on a go-forward basis to enhance and right-size controls and processes to industry standards.<\/p>\n

On a day-to-day basis, we perform the role that a manager would generally leverage an internal staff for – owning the responsibility for the complete post-trade lifecycle. Ensuring trades are properly recorded on T-0, reconciling trades, cash and positions on T+1, resolving trade settlement issues, escalating trade breaks and maintaining the shadow book of records for our clients. The nature of our relationship with our clients is more akin to co-workers than counterparties. We work directly in our clients’ source of truth (their OMS\/PMS) and don’t try to onboard clients to a one-size-fits all platform. Our professionals are also available on a temporary or as-needed basis!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
