Under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), IQ-EQ is authorised to act as an independent depositary for UK and EU alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) with funds domiciled in the UK, Luxembourg or the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

Our offering in the Netherlands extends to liquid and open-ended fund structures with a limited holding of financial instruments and plain vanilla investment strategies.<\/p>\n

We can also provide \u2018depositary lite\u2019 services to non-EU AIFMs and AIFs.<\/p>\n

We provide our depositary services either as part of a wider suite of fund administration services, or on a standalone basis where we interface with our clients\u2019 in-house fund administration team or existing service provider. Our depositaries are separate entities, segregated from our fund administration<\/a> and AIFM ManCo<\/a> services within the Group.<\/p>\n

For non-EU AIFMs marketing their funds in Germany and\/or Denmark, we offer depositary-lite services (primarily from our UK office) \u2013 a requirement when marketing under the national private placement regimes (NPPRs) of those EU member states.<\/p>\n
