G10 is a UK full-scope alternative investment fund manager (\u201cAIFM\u201d) with MiFID top-up permissions as a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/register.fca.org.uk\/s\/firm?id=001b000000dl6FhAAI\">collective portfolio management investment firm (\u201cCPMI\u201d)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>G10 is also a Registered Investment Adviser with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adviserinfo.sec.gov\/firm\/summary\/269881\">U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> (CRD: 269881).<\/p>\n<p>G10 has an established track record (for close to a decade) of providing AIFM services and MiFID Investment Management services to underlying products investing across a broad range of alternative asset classes, for the benefit of institutional clients including individual professional investors, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and multi-manager platforms.<\/p>\n<p>G10 has experience with managing products investing across the following alternative asset classes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ticks\">\n<li>Hedge (incl. equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives, macro)<\/li>\n<li>Private Equity (incl. buy-out, growth)<\/li>\n<li>Private Credit<\/li>\n<li>Venture Capital<\/li>\n<li>Venture Debt<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate (incl. residential, commercial, industrial)<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Underlying products include alternative investment funds (\u201cAIFs\u201d, both private\/unlisted AIFs and publicly-listed AIFs), segregated managed accounts and \u2018fund of one\u2019 structures, and certain structured products.<\/p>\n<p>As of 31 March 2025, G10\u2019s assets under management were c. \u20ac12.7bn.<\/p>\n<p>G10 is able to use its regulatory licenses to provide a number of services including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as AIFM to private\/unlisted AIFs and publicly listed AIFs\n<ul>\n<li>Jurisdiction coverage (AIF domicile) includes: UK, U.S., Cayman Islands, Jersey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Act as Delegated Portfolio Manager to AIFs (as appointed by an EU\/EEA AIFM)\n<ul>\n<li>Jurisdiction coverage (AIF domicile) includes: Ireland, Luxembourg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Act as Investment Manager to UCITS (as delegated by a UCITS Manco or UCITS ACD)\n<ul>\n<li>Jurisdiction coverage (UCITS domicile) includes: UK, Ireland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as Investment Manager to segregated managed accounts \/ \u2018fund of one\u2019 structures.\n<ul>\n<li>Jurisdiction coverage (SMA\/\u2019fund of one\u2019 domicile) includes: UK, USA, Cayman Islands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>G10 has established relationships with 56 brokers (as at March 2025). It has built up a resilient infrastructure to enable effective transaction reporting and data collection and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>It has a well-established governance model including the investment
