This achievement marks the continuation of a strong partnership that began in 2020, with us having supported Expedition since its inception and assisted with the closing and administration of <\/span>Funds I and II.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Expedition Growth Capital is a next-generation growth equity firm focused on <\/span>backing ambitious, bootstrapped European software companies<span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202fwith investments typically ranging from <\/span>\u20ac10 million to \u20ac30 million<span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Fund III will enable Expedition to further its strategy of providing growth capital and operational expertise to founders seeking to scale globally while maintaining cultural alignment and integrity.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Fund\u2019s legal advisers were <\/span>Macfarlanes (UK)\u202fand Carey Olsen (Jersey)<span data-contrast=\"auto\">, whose expertise ensured a smooth and efficient process throughout the launch and closing phases.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Matthew Satchell<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, Expedition\u2019s Senior Client Relationship Director at IQ-EQ, commented:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8220;We\u2019re delighted to have supported Expedition Growth Capital on the launch and close of their latest fund, Expedition Growth Capital Fund III.
