Following the successful completion of amendments to its management arrangements earlier this year, Urban Logistics REIT plc has engaged IQ-EQ to provide a comprehensive suite of regulatory and compliance services in the UK.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Urban Logistics REIT plc invests in strategically located, single-let logistics properties across the UK. The company first listed on AIM in 2016, later moving to the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2021.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In April 2023, the company\u2019s board published a circular setting out <\/span>recommended proposals for amendments to its management arrangements<\/span><\/a>, among which was a proposed change in <\/span>alternative investment fund manager (AIFM)<\/span><\/a> to G10 Capital Limited, an FCA-authorised subsidiary of IQ-EQ.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following shareholder approval, IQ-EQ\u2019s <\/span>UK Regulatory and Compliance Solutions<\/span><\/a> team (via G10 Capital Limited) is providing AIFM services to Urban Logistics, as well as PRIIPs KID and AIFMD regulatory reporting services. In addition, our team is providing <\/span>Appointed Representative<\/span><\/a> services to the company\u2019s new investment adviser, Logistics Asset Management LLP.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
