Despite its significance, the standardization of LPAs is a relatively recent development, with the ILPA Model LPA project commencing in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>This event aims to shed light on the key considerations and best practices for drafting LPAs and navigating negotiations with investors. LPAs can encompass a wide range of subjects, including the business purpose, capital contributions, profit and loss allocation, termination conditions, and dispute resolution mechanisms, among
