The firm is a signatory of the UN\u2019s Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) and adheres to the UK-endorsed Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>The firm has an \u2018Article 8\u2019 infrastructure fund, as defined by the EU\u2019s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), involving private debt investments and bonds focused on the technology, media and telecom (TMT) and energy sectors.<\/p>\n<p>For this fund, the client wished to ensure their fund documentation and website accurately reflected their investment process and complied with ESG regulatory requirements.
