This transaction gives us our first regulatory compliance presence in the region and marks a significant milestone in our longer-term strategy to establish IQ-EQ as a regulatory compliance leader in continental Europe as well as the UK, the U.S. and Asia.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agama-group.eu\/en\/\">Agama Group<\/a> provides essential regulatory compliance, internal control and operations support to asset managers and funds across private equity, real estate and other asset classes. Established in 2013, the firm is now made up of four business units, totalling 50+ professionals across offices in Paris and Luxembourg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agama Conseil \u2013 France \u2013 ongoing support for internal control functions within asset managers<\/li>\n<li>Agama Services \u2013 France \u2013 formation, authorisation and approvals for new asset managers<\/li>\n<li>Agama Advisors \u2013 Luxembourg \u2013 RC, directorship and compliance services for Luxembourg funds<\/li>\n<li>BELT Solutions \u2013 France \u2013 RegTech SaaS solution supporting compliance officers within asset managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As well as expanding IQ-EQ\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.foleon.com\/brochure\/regulatory-compliance-solutions\/\">regulatory compliance offering<\/a> into continental Europe, the acquisition of Agama significantly builds upon our already-extensive suite of <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/fr\/\">services for fund and asset managers operating in France<\/a>, including fund administration, outsourced CFO, valuation, risk management and third-party AIFM services. Through this acquisition, we\u2019ll be uniquely positioned as a one-stop shop for asset managers in France. In Luxembourg, Agama\u2019s fast growing business fits perfectly with our existing services and regulatory strategy in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the acquisition, <a href=\"https:\/\/iqeq.com\/people\/mark-pesco\/\">Mark Pesco<\/a>, our Group Chief Executive Officer, said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContinental Europe is ripe with commercial opportunity and represents an important strategic growth region for us. Jean-Bernard Quillon will continue to lead Agama Advisors in Luxembourg as Managing Director, with a reporting line into IQ-EQ\u2019s senior leadership in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>From today, Agama will go to market as \u2018Agama IQ-EQ\u2019 prior to a full rebrand to IQ-EQ once the businesses have been successfully integrated.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition notably follows our <a
