On Thursday 30 September 2021, Luxembourg’s Christian Heinen and Nele Segers signed the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg on behalf of IQ-EQ Luxembourg.
The Diversity Charter means going beyond the legal obligations with respect to non-discrimination and considering the multiple profiles to be an indisputable asset. Carrying out a Diversity, approach means putting respect and development of a person’s unique talents and skills at the heart of corporate culture and continually working towards creating a more inclusive company for each and every person to grow and find their place in society.
This is an important milestone and commitment of our firm. Not only will this text guide us in the implementation of practices that promote cohesion and social equity but also by signing it, we commit ourselves as a truly diverse employer who:
- respects and promotes the principle of non-discrimination, promotes pluralism and develops diversity through recruitment criteria and career management;
- internally promotes equality of employment opportunities and equality of treatment;
- Engages our capacity for innovation and creativity.
To celebrate this milestone, we have created our very first collaborative IQ-EQ Cookbook! It contains a collection of recipes from 19 countries/regions; it truly reflects the great diversity within our office.
