The client, their challenge<\/h2>\n

Our client, two international developers, wanted to incorporate a Swiss foundation to support their non-profit computer gaming initiative. The foundation\u2019s vision is to reward players for their contributions with native tokens, creating a unique and collaborative gaming experience.<\/p>\n

The developers engaged a Swiss law firm to assist with the incorporation process. However, Swiss regulations require a local address to establish a foundation, and the law firm did not offer domiciliation or accounting services. Lacking accounting expertise themselves, the developers needed additional support to meet these regulatory and operational requirements.<\/p>\n

The results<\/h2>\n

All correspondence received at the Zurich address is forwarded promptly to the developers abroad, ensuring seamless communication. The close collaboration between IQ-EQ and the law firm has enabled the developers to focus entirely on developing their game, confident that all administrative matters are being expertly handled.<\/p>\n
