Understanding the data is key; analysing our performance and forecasting any variances. You'll make recommendations on how we can meet our productivity and efficiency goals and determine required staffing levels.
You'll be responsible for managing and keeping our workforce management system, HC database and that the forecasting & planning documents are up to date. Schedules must be accurate and all exception requests as well as escalations are addressed.
Our business is growing fast so you'll sometimes need to develop adhoc analysers, create reports and present your insights and findings. We will need you to assist us in the standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging, WFM processes and data knowledge.
You'll collaborate with the business to define WFM analytics and report solutions that meet business needs and see these through to fruition.

At least 3-5 years working experience with a mix of workforce management and reporting
