Team Lead Marketing & Distribution – AIFM

Job Description

As Team Lead Marketing & Distribution, you will support the Conducting Officer in charge of the Marketing function and supervise the all marketing/distribution-related business as part of AIFM duties or as a service provided by the AIFM.

You will perform a dedicated monitoring and appropriate reporting of the Marketing activities to the CO.

You will provide monthly marketing activities" report and ensure that the day-to-day activities are rightly captured in the tracker files. You will enhance the marketing framework whenever required jointly with the legal experts.

You will maintain marketing policies and procedures and ensure the policies are implemented and appropriate for the scope of activity. You will supervise and provide guidance to the Marketing team in its day-to-day activities, also actively contribute to the operations.

You will support jointly with the team the on boarding of new marketing-related counter-parties and communicate with the authorities in all marketing-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Master/bachelor’s in law, Economics or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in an AIFM or in a consultancy or audit firm
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds & firms (incl. 18/698 and other circulars) as well as relevant European Regulation (such as AIFMD and Cross Border Funds’ directives)
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
