Job Description
The Senior Officer (KYC) will support the Fund Administration teams by co-ordinating the seamless on boarding of all new business.
Tasks
- You will work closely with the Senior Manager and Directors in the on-boarding of investor and new business take on, regularly reporting on progress.
- You will work closely with your team to develop an understanding and insight of the investor and new business acceptance process.
- You will implement change and share knowledge effectively.
- You will develop and maintain strong, effective, working relationships with the administration teams within the Funds business.
- You will ensure that the on-boarding service provided to clients is consistent and delivered within best practice, fulfilling all contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
- You will also conduct internal post-on-boarding reviewed evaluating the service provided.
- The role requires the individual to provide a high-level quality of internal and external client service.
Qualifications
- Background experience - Knowledge of the finance industry
- Technical - Familiar with processing CDD/KYC information, preferably in a fund environment
- Computer / program knowledge - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
