Senior NetSuite Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator who will be working with the internal stakeholders and NetSuite Administration Team in resolving NetSuite cases and various NetSuite projects with focus on Finance. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior NetSuite Manager and will work primarily with the Finance Department. The post holder should be comfortable to communicate across all levels, deliver presentations, provide recommendations and host meetings. He/she should be a go getter and an excellent team player.



  • Work with ERP Team in resolving NetSuite requests and issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide on-going support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
  • Identify business requirements, functional design, prototyping in sandbox, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support for the NetSuite system.
  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and logic to facilitate Finance requirements.
  • Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as deemed necessary.



Functional Areas and Responsibilities

The role will require core Netsuite skills such as CRM, ERP, SRP and Oneworld.


The individual will need to be able to communicate difficult concepts to users at all levels across the business. Should be comfortable using a variety of communication methods, and requires a strong mental attitude, and business acumen to be able to rationalise and critique requests from the wider business.

Planning and Organisational Skills

A high level of organisation is required to ensure that all deadlines are achieved, and project plans are maintained meticulously.


  • Minimum 3 years hands-on implementation and support of NetSuite OneWorld with SRP Module, complex saved searches and financial report builder, form & role customizations, workflow and other NetSuite configuration tasks
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel is a plus
  • Ability to work across all teams and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think outside the box and to complete task under pressure
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to assume a permanent EMEA schedule (4pm-1am)
  • Any business related course major in Accounting or Finance
