Job Description

You'll play a key role in our Support Services team, providing a professional reception service to internal and external clients, as well as a variety of administration tasks.

It's essential to have very good knowledge of IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. You will be responsible for the reception of service providers and setting up of the meeting rooms.

Pleasant and warm personality is what we are looking for. Strong communication skills are also a must. You'll need to be a team player and build strong relationships with your colleagues to help us deliver the highest level of client service.

  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Very good knowledge of the French and English language 
  • Previous experience in a similar position or in the hotel industry will be considered an advantage
