Junior Project Manager (6 Months Contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • User Satisfaction of Key Group R&D systems such as MaxComply and UCP. 
  • Support the evolution and enhancement of the Group R&D products, including supporting the Product manager with creation of the quarterly roadmaps. 
  • Support the Product manager with implementation of processes and global standards around the platform. 
  • Support with the ongoing delivery of features and enhancements. 
  • Provide inputs to key Product meetings. 

Tasks 

  • Become another point of contact between the product and the stakeholders of the system (Internal and External) 
  • Support with delivering the Group R&D initiatives as defined on the Product Roadmap. 
  • Assist with creation of key process documentation and ensuring these processes are communicated and followed by the wider team.  
  • Support with the Product deployment cycles through initial setup, testing and communications to key stakeholders.  
  • Assist with co-ordination of client implementations ensuring there is a clear governance structure in place, and we meet clients’ requirements and expectations.

  • Delivering Results and continuous improvement – Ensuring Group R&D products are being used in most efficient manner including delivery of improvement initiatives. 
  • Customer focus – Focussing on ensuring users of the system are communicated with in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Required Experience  

  • Experience of enhancing use of technology 
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting and communicating with diverse stakeholders  
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint  
  • Interpersonal skills to  facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment and globally distributed teams 
  • Ability to take a creative approach to resolving a range of issues
