Junior Payment Controller

Job Description

You have a good eye for details and you will be ensuring that all payment requests are picked up, validated and coordinated. You will collect payment requests and coordinate the setup which is done by a different team (e-mail instructions to be prepared and sent). You have the ability to work with tight deadlines due to payment cut-off times.

You have not only good understanding, maintaining and follow-up of payment setup/authorization statuses but also have the ability to spot payment setup errors before initiating the payment authorization process.

You are someone who has the ability to liaise in a efficient manner with financial institutions and fulfill the department administrative work, and complete administrative duties to assist operation and management of the department when required.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure you keep up to date with our risk processes and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.
