You will be part of the Luxembourg HR team of 10; you will be responsible for a wide and varied range of human resource activities with ownership for day-to-day operations and a key role in managing employee relations.
You will manage the HR Ops processes including “Joiners / Leavers / Movers”, promotion, sicknesses & absences, ensuring the data quality and systems update in a timely manner. You will provide first line advice to our employees on all areas relating to the employment life cycle. You will support with triage of HR queries and questions coming from our employees. You will liaise with the public administration such as CNS, CCSS...

Bachelor/Master’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar)
Freshly graduated or 1-3 years’ experience working in the HR department preferable within the financial sector in a similar role.
Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required. Working experience with SAP HRIS would be considered as great asset
Knowledge of Luxembourgish Labor Law is consider as an asset.
Solution-driven and results-oriented, problem solving attitude
Structured and well organized with strong skills in coordination
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good inter-personal skills and strong command of English and French (any additional language would be considered an asset
