We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Local Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in handling Windows environments and be well-versed in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Endpoint Management, Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). This role will focus on providing top-tier technical support, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft solutions within our organization. Experience in security audits, such as ISAE and ISO 27001, would be a significant advantage.
- Provide advanced technical support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a Windows environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Management for endpoint security, application deployment, and device management.
- Administer and maintain Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory for user authentication and access control.
- Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and completion of complex IT projects, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Microsoft solutions.
Server and Network Support (Advantage):
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of server administration and network protocols.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team on server and network-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, configurations, and Microsoft technology implementations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and adhere to security best practices, especially in the context of Microsoft technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a IT Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management, Azure, M365, Autopilot, and SCCM.
- Basic understanding of servers and networks is considered an advantage.
- Experience in security audits, such as ISAE and ISO 27001, is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to work outside of regular office hours, as needed to address critical issues, perform system updates, or participate in projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
