Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Investran User Satisfaction
  • Owns the evolution and enhancement of the Investran product, including inputting into the overall Accounting Roadmap
  • Speed of delivery, ongoing delivery of features and enhancements
  • Effective input into Accounting leadership meetings
  • Effective feedback loops with Client Services for the Investran product to evolve to meet Clients needs
  • Support for sales when needed around new business opportunities with relation to Investran

Tasks

  • Key bridge between the product and the stakeholders of the system (Client Services, Sales, potential new migrations, IT)
  • The individual will be responsible for delivering the Investran initiatives as defined on the Accounting Roadmap
  • Provide clear comms and keeping all stakeholders informed of updates
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationship / partnership with counterparts in FIS
  • Line Management of Group Fund Operations Manager

  • Delivering Results and continuous improvement – Ensuring Investran being used in most efficient manner including delivery of improvement initiatives
  • Customer focus – Focussing on feedback on requirements from key stakeholders of the system
  • Leadership – Leading the delivery of initiatives ensuring support and buy-in from all internal delivery partners

Required Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Private Equity accounting (5 years +CS experience)
  • Significant knowledge and expertise of Investran (5 years + min)
  • Proven experience of enhancing use of technology
  • High level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting and communicating with diverse stakeholders / and or senior leadership
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment and globally distributed teams
  • Ability to take a creative approach to resolving a range of issues
  • Proven experience of enhancing use of technology
