Business Support Officer

Job Description

As the job title entails, you will be providing general support to the teams in our business, in administrative, corporate and secretarial areas.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will help make sure that our operation runs smoothly and that our systems and files are up to date.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating of requests for (international) clients, between the operational teams, the reception, the notary offices, and the chamber of commerce
  • Preparing documents, letters, chamber of commerce forms and overviews/lists/reports in general
  • Updating and uploading information and documents in our database, as well as archiving and filing in general
  • Printing and scanning documents, having documents signed (digitally), legalized and/or apostilled and preparing courier packs
  • Performing all other support tasks that will assist the operational teams in providing extraordinary services to our clients

Qualifications

  • Level of education (or proven working experience at the level of): senior secondary vocational education (MBO)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Skilled in prioritizing, multi-tasking, planning and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good time management skills, high level of commitment and “can do” attitude
  • Familiar with using Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch and English both verbal as in writing
