Job description
You will act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the IQ EQ Brand Values to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Supporting the Compliance Manager in managing the compliance monitoring plan and associated tasks.
You will be someone who relishes continuous learning, maintaining relevant technical knowledge and ensuring any CPD requirements are met, while using your knowledge of the industry to ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.
You will be someone who is confident in their decision making based on data findings and reporting, making project related decisions based on your findings in short timeframes that have a positive impact on the business and your clients.
Identifying inefficiencies in processes is natural to you, and you use your knowledge to devise new and better ways of working
Working on 1 project at a time is not something that excites you about your role, you will need to be someone that thrives on prioritising your workload in order to meet business and client needs in a timely manner.
Day to day:
- Assist with completing the Compliance Monitoring tests
- Complete Compliance projects
- Attend relevant meetings with Compliance Team
- Assist with queries within the business
