Job description
Responsibilities
- Delivery of technical support to Tech Programmes, Projects, and BAU maintenance activities
- Planning, testing, and implementation of all O365 changes as per the Change Policy and Procedure
- Release and Patch Management of all products within the O365 portfolio
- Use network deployment tools to install and uninstall various applications
- Azure and Active Directory maintenance including evolving and implementing existing standards
- Restore of O365 mailboxes, sites, and metadata from cloud-based backup
- Microsoft Teams administration with the goal to increase overall business engagement and end user adoption
- Monitor the Service Desk and provide 1st/2nd line support to staff at all levels throughout the group
- Documentation and Governance
- Manage various SaaS licenses to ensure compliance
- Automated deployment of software applications, security patch management and end-point configuration.
