Job description
As the job title entails, you will be providing general support to the teams in our business, in administrative, corporate and secretarial areas.
You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will help make sure that our operation runs smoothly and that our systems and files are up to date.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing (legal) documents such a resolutions, powers of attorney, minutes, attendance lists, transfer letters, chamber of commerce forms and overviews/reports in general
- Updating client (KYC/CDD) information and uploading documents in our database, as well as archiving and filing in general
- Printing and scanning documents, having documents signed (digitally), legalized and/or apostilled and preparing courier packs
- Maintaining contacts with various law firms to ensure that our signatories are identified by them, ensuring a smooth process of legalization and apostilles
- Assistance in onboarding of clients and having client information registered or changed in the trade register of the chamber of commerce
- Performing all other support tasks that will assist the operational teams in providing extraordinary services to our clients
