Job description

You will take full responsibility for the timely and correct handling of the day to day specific CIT requirements of our clients, including correspondence and preparation of the Corporate Income Tax returns. 

You will be responsible of the Preparation or review of Corporate Income tax returns, Corporate Tax provisions, withholding tax returns as well as review of tax assessments for a wide variety of clients (Private Wealth, Corporate or Funds).

You will train more junior tax colleagues and provide tax training to accountants/corporate officers as required and answer to their questions.

You will proactively participate in projects related to the improvement of tax reporting internal processes and templates. You will assist on ad-hoc projects such DAC6, ATAD 3 as needed. You will have also the opportunity to liaise with clients, accountants, lawyersn corporate officers and tax administration.

Qualifications

  • You hold a University degree or equivalent certification in Tax law, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Luxembourg direct tax compliance either in the Corporate and Trust services industry or Big4
  • You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
  • You will be comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness.
  • You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, including strong writing, research and analytical skills.
  • You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • You have a proficient level in working with MS Office applications.
  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferable with any other language being an advantage.
