Job description

We have a great opportunity for a Review Team Administrator to join our Private Wealth Department in the Isle of Man.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated review team with responsibility for reviewing and risk rating client entities. 

What will you do?

  • Work as part of our review team, forming part of the first line of defence for our Private Wealth and Leisure businesses
  • Conduct periodic reviews of a caseload of client entities
  • Complete regular risk assessments of client entities
  • Work closely with our client administration teams in relation to reviews, action points and risk ratings
  • Assistance with various projects, as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a trust & company administration role is preferred
  • Familiarity and understanding of the requirements of the Isle of Man’s AML/CFT Code
  • Good administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to use multiple systems and data sources, both in-house and online, to locate key information
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and work to meet both Team & Client expectations
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team.
