Job description


  • Responsible for preparing sales orders, stock allocation, communicating with the warehouse in relation to order collections and ensuring that agreed internal processes are followed
  • Knowledge of client deliverables and early escalation of issues to Line Manager
  • Minimise risk to IQ EQ by following procedures and checklists
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales orders within our clients software (Netsuite)
  • Ensure sufficient levels of stock items in advance of preparing orders
  • Liaise with the warehouses (located in France) in relation to order readiness dates
  • Communication with sales representatives on stock availability, order readiness and any order amendments required
  • Booking shipping documents into the client software system and allocating stock subsequent to orders shipping
  • Inputting order data on third party warehouse software
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Take ownership and respond to Client / Customer queries within 24 hours of receipt
  • Completion of all work in line with our standard policies and procedures
  • Undertake any additional requests as deemed by senior members of the team


Required Experience

  • Minimum of four years’ experience working in a professional office environment
  • Strong knowledge of the following systems - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Netsuite (if possible)
  • Organised, can plan work to meet deadlines
  •  Strong knowledge of Client Service principles and standards
  • Excellent communication skills
