As Client Relationship Director you will develop and drive key growth strategies, tactics and action plans for the Capital Markets segment in the Netherlands. You will maintain and expand existing client portfolio in size and quality and build excellent partnerships in client and advisor organisations to safeguard existing opportunities and spot new opportunities. You will maintain close partnership with the Commercial Team and work as part of the onboarding team to ensure the best customer experience.

In this role you will take ownership of each client relationship and commit the time needed to retain and cultivate the relationship. You will use structured client reviews and meetings to understand and anticipate our clients issues, challenges and future needs and ensure that we have the skills required to be a trusted partner and guardian for our clients. You will monitor that clients’ requirements with regards to content and quality and legal and regulatory requirements are met.

In this transversal Client Relationship Director role, you will work closely with the Managing Director Netherlands, the Commercial Director and the Strategic Director Funds and Director Operations. You will also work collaboratively in full synergy with the Client Service Directors and Client Service Managers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in a similar role;
  • Strong proven experience in Capital Markets segment
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills and the ability to persuade other people;
  • Strong market knowledge and network across the Netherlands;
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm can work well both independently and in a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
