Job description

Due to successful company M&A's and continued global growth, we have a newly created Integration Project Manager opportunity working with our Group Technology function. You will play a pivotal role in delivering complex strategic integration projects for Group Technology after corporate acquisitions. You will work with all pillars across Group Technology to manage the successful completion of projects aligned to our integration strategy. A strong technical understanding of infrastructure, applications, end user experience, technology support and demonstration of the understanding of wider operational and business outcomes is essential. 

You will have proven experience of stakeholder management at all levels. In addition, you must have experience in delivering integration projects involving high-level aspects of long-term strategy, due diligence, and deal negotiation. You will enjoy working in the heart of an exciting, leading edge and fast-paced environment with the ability to bring together and motivate high performing teams in a matrix operating model.


  • Recognized certification in Project Management e.g. PMP, PRINCE II
  • Extensive experience in Project Management within a Technology function
  • Extensive understanding of a global technology environment and processes
  • Proactive and self-driven who can take full control of a project
  • High quality communication skills
  • High quality stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in driving executive briefings to a senior audience or group
  • Agile, flexibility and multi-tasking skills
  • Project Management tooling
  • Experience of working in a complex professional services, financial services or BPO organisation preferred but not essential
  • Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment
  • Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program management
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results
  • Passion, dynamism, and drive
  • Robust sense of humour
  • Personal presence, integrity, and credibility
  • Ability to solve problems either independently or by utilising other members of the team where necessary
