Job description

Excellent opportunity in our HR Department in Recruitment to do your internship for a period of 3-6 months with a start date: ASAP.

Within the HR department, you will be in charge of organizing face to face and Microsoft Teams interviews, booking meeting rooms and lializing the internal calendars with our Hiring Managers. You will publish our job advertisements to different job boards. You will have the opportunity to speak to different candidates on a daily basis, therefore a smiley, communicative attitude is required.

You will be assisting the Recruiter during the entire campus management with different unviersities in Luxembourg, France, Germany and Belgium. You will have the opportunity to attend job fairs throughout the year and be envolved in the employment branding campaign as well. Certain marketing interest is essential with great communication skills.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be dealing with queries relating to all administratives aspects in link with Recruitment.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can priotise your day. Strong communication skills is must have to build relationships across the business.

You will have the possibility to improve your language skills while working with people from different countries.

Qualifications

 

  • Currently studying Bachelor or Master degree (in HR, Psychology, Business administration or equivalent)

  • Fluent in English (any other language is an advantage)

  • Interest in HR especially Recruitment

  • Open personality, easy to interact with people

  • Motivated, can do attitude

  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows
